Beyond the ArenaTM is honored and thrilled to be the designated Equine Gestalt Coaching facilitator for The Eating Disorder Foundation of Denver's new Support Center, A Place Of Our Own. Through the Support Center, Beyond the Arena is offering a six week class, "Horses Changing Lives: taking strides in recovery and beyond", for those struggling with eating disorders and those in recovery. See below for the class description~

 

Horses Changing Lives: taking strides in recovery and beyond

This class offers a hands-on, experiential opportunity to connect and bond with horses for self-discovery.  Devon and her herd of horses help participants become grounded, increase body awareness, access intuition and discover their body’s wisdom. Devon creates a safe container for participants to explore how they relate to themselves and others in a non-judgmental, healing and inspiring environment.  Discover how horses draw out authenticity and partner with people on the journey through recovery and beyond. This six week class series will alternate between 3 classroom discussions at the Support Center and 3 field trips to the Horse Ranch in Larkspur, CO. No horse experience necessary.

Wednesday Apr 18, May 2, May 16

5:30 - 7:00pm at A Place of Our Own, Denver

Saturday Apr 28, May 12, May 26

10:00am – 1:00pm at the horse ranch in Larkspur

Cost: $60 for the entire six week class series
